JEMMA GOOCH PHOTOGRAPHY

My name is Jemma Charlotte Gooch, and I am an aspiring fine art photographer. After achieving a diploma in art and design at college level, I have recently graduated from the University of Greenwich with a distinction* degree in photography.

Whilst continuing to develop my knowledge of varied photographic techniques, I am actively producing my own fine art bodies of work. Fading away from digital photography, I shoot mainly on film. Although the majority of my work is 35mm, I am aiming to experiment more with mixed media and large format in the near future.

Throughout college and university, I have had the chance to both develop film and print from negatives in a darkroom environment. I have experienced mixing chemicals and completing the developing process for black and white film by hand without the use of machinery.
